Mustang Island State Park

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, south of Port Aransas Texas in Nueces County, the 3954 acre Mustang Island State Park features about 5 miles of beach, camping, picnicking, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, surfing, birding and sunbathing.

To reach Mustang Island State Park travel southeast along State Highway 358 from Corpus Christi Texas to Padre Island, cross the JFK Causeway and continue 1 mile to State Highway 361 and turn left. Travel along State Highway 361 north for 5 miles to the Mustang Island State Park Headquarters.
